Inverted nori and rice roll filled with avocado, tempura salmon, and mayonnaise, wrapped in eel, and dressed with teriyaki sauce.
Dragón Uramaki
Inside out rice and nori seaweed roll, with shrimp and asparagus tempura, wrapped in masago, avocado and sesame. Served with Japanese mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce.
